If You Think Your Spouse Might Be Cheating,Here’s How To Find Out

by Doug Timlin

If you are married or in a relationship, you may have had your suspicions at some point that your spouse was cheating on you. These suspicions can be an awful feeling and they have the ability to make your life a lot more stressful than necessary. There’s an easy way to find out if your spouse is cheating on you that we wanted to show you in this quick article.

The nice thing about this method is that you can do it all from your own home without anyone knowing what you are doing. I get emails from people asking about hiring a private investigator to look into whether their spouse is cheating, however that is such a drastic step that isn’t necessary. This quick and easy “detective’s trick” is the first thing you should do if you have some thoughts that your partner might be acting unfaithfully.

Ready to play detective? Let’s get started!

Step #1 - Is Your Spouse Cheating?

Your first step requires you to be a touch on the tricky side. You will need to “borrow” your spouse’s cell phone and look at it for in around 20 minutes without getting caught.

Once you have their phone with you, grab a piece of paper as well. You now need to write down every phone number that you see on both the incoming and outgoing call history list that is stored on their phone.

If you see numbers that you recognize than you don’t have to write them down, but do make sure to jot down any phone number that doesn’t ring a bell.

When you are all done, you can put the phone back and head on to step #2.

Step #2 - Is Your Spouse Cheating?

At this point you will have a list of all the phone numbers that your spouse has either called or been called by. It’s time to find out exactly who owns each of the phone numbers that are on your list.

You might be surprised to know how much you can find about someone with just their phone number. You can get someone’s full name, address, location details and ever background information when all that you have is their phone number.

The reason that this is possible is that there are companies that put together huge databases with information on all phone numbers. These businesses purchase phone records and then build these databases that you can search through to find out information on any phone number you need to look into.

We included a link right at the bottom of this article where you can try a free sample search to see how this works.

There is a small fee to use this type of search, but it isn’t expensive. What you will you want to do to save a few bucks is find a company that charges a flat fee for unlimited searches. This way you don’t have to pay for each individual search you run.

In case you were wondering, this type of search is known as a “reverse phone lookup”.

Go through your list of phone numbers and run a search for each one. Write down the information you find out about each one on your sheet of paper.

Step #3 - Is Your Spouse Cheating?

Now not only do you have a list of the phone numbers your spouse has called or been called by, but you have full details on who owns each and every one of these phone numbers!

Knowing exactly who your partner has been communicating with is the key to finding out if they are “up to no good”. You have this information in front of you, so look over your list to see what you can find out.

Now it’s time to pay close attention to what you see on the list you just made. You have uncovered exactly who your spouse has been talking to - anything that looks suspicious is going to be glaringly obvious and will jump off the page at you.

What I love about this technique is that not only is it quick and easy, but you can do it without anyone knowing you are running a little “investigation”. If you have any suspicions that your spouse might be cheating, you owe it to yourself to find out and this method will help you get the answers you need. All the best!
