Live To 100 By Taking Action.

If you are serious about wanting to live to a ripe old age and maybe age 100 or even beyond your are going to have to make some life style changes.

By eating a healthy diet you can help your body cope with the daily rigours of life and give it everything it needs to fight off illness and diseases.By staying clear of disease and illness you give yourself a much greater chance of living longer and staying well in to old age.

It is known that smokers are more likely to contract cancer (the US’s biggest killer today) so by avoiding smoking and even smokers you increase your risk of not contracting cancer. Skin cancers another problem in the US and much of the western world can also be avoided with a few simple precautions.

We all intend to do something about certain aspects of our lives but all to often, after the initial drive to improve our lives and increase the length of our healthy life we slip back into the same old ways. Where we eat the wrong sort of diet, don’t drink adequate amounts of water, smokers start to smoke cigarettes again.Most of us also get too little quality sleep, we eat the wrong foods and do other things which we know are detrimental to our health.

So what can you do about making life changing differences immediatly. The first phase is just to get started. Start making small changes to your life style now and then keep doing more and more and you will notice an overall improvement in your health your attitude to life and long term your life expectancy will improve.

After you make those initial first tentative changes you will find it much easier to do more and more as time go’s by and you experience positive results.

How you are today has been because of your current actions and beliefs, but by changing those beliefs and taking different actions you’ll experience positive changes in your life.

Those little changes might seem quite intimidating at the moment but implenting them will take very little extra effort and will be very worthwhile. Just imagine how much more you will be able to do when brimming with energy and enjoying good health.

So start drawing up an action plan today and just think how you are going to feel when you look back on how your life has improved because of it.
